I know I’m getting older when I feel like I was hit by a bus the day after a good workout. A few years ago, I felt like this for about one day. Now, I feel like this until the next class – and that may be 3 or 4 days away. What’s going on?
I was talking to a guy (about my age) last night and he was saying the same thing. He told me he’s in a perpetual state of ache. I agreed and said that I feel like a zombie until I get on the mat again. But when I’m back, I’m like a spring chicken.
Rich said the same thing a while back. I remember him walking in and saying, “Does anyone else feel like the walking dead the day after class?” All I could do is laugh.
