Slow Jiu-Jitsu Warm-Up To Loosen the Joints

I took this video quite a while ago, but just recently decided to post it. Although it looks like quite possibly the sloppiest Jiu-Jitsu on the planet, it’s really a great way to loosen up before class or cool down after.

I’ll be posting more video of my Jiu Jitsu rolling sessions in the future. I’d like to get some no-gi video, as that’s much faster and somewhat more exciting.
