I’ve seen tons of articles out there touting the benefits of this and the benefits of that. And today I saw another one. The benefits of putting honey and lemon into a glass of water.
I’m sure there are health benefits associated with ingesting lemon:

But why, when people write these types of articles, do they have to write them in such a way that, I don’t know, that looks like something does more than it really does? Don’t they know how people operate? I’m sure that someone out there will create some “Concentrated Honey Pills,” ect…
Anyway, I read the article on a Jiu-Jitsu site, so I’ll give them credit. If you want to drink something that’s better for you than millk or soda, try injecting a ritual of lemon and honey into your every day routine. Just be sure to update this post with your results. I’d love to hear about them.
UPDATE: I tried this drink and it’s pretty good. The sweetness of the honey cuts right through the tartness of the lemon. It kind of tastes like a Mountain Dew without the bubbles.
