A lot of guys at my club are all about diet and fitness. I would have to say that they are probably above average when it comes to watching what they put in their bodies. That’s good, because I’m not. I don’t eat all that much, and I am fairly certain that what I do eat is good for me, but still, overhearing the conversations of those who are on top of this stuff is beneficial.
With that in mind, I decided to post a link I found this evening that has to do with what dietary supplements/vitamins are the best for the BJJ life. Since I only take a vitamin every chance I remember, I found this read especially helpful.
