Another BJJ Rolling Go-Round – Chris and Jay – Glastonbury, CT

December 6, 2012

We set up a few matches for video last night, only one of which I could use. The other two had people in the background who might not necessarily appreciate being on Youtube. Oh well – at least the one I’m able to use was good.

Here is another round between Chris and me. I thought it would be a good idea that we go no-gi because I’ve had a damaged finger for about a month now. Every time I try to use grips to pull on a gi, I hurt the finger again. It’s not getting any better, so I need to lay off it. It’s getting rather annoying because using grips is obviously a big part of my gi game. Plus, I think I like no-gi better anyway. I can do more tricky things and I don’t get my eyes covered by a big piece of cloth.

Check out the video below and let me know what you think.
