GoSasa - A Rising Star?

As you may know, my classified sites have a BUNCH of members. They also have a BUNCH of ads. I mean, these things are growing fast. The ads the members place get exposure, but the really cool things is the way they are exposed. By placing an ad on one of my sites, members get their ads listed on GoogleBase, Oodle, Vast, Backpage, Lycos and now GoSasa, among others.
Now, when I say “show up,” I don’t mean like search engine results, I mean like actual listings, so you can pretty much see the power of that. List in one place, get scattered all over the place…
This seems to be the new thing. First (and still), everyone sets up a classified site, manages it and either watches it die, or watches it grow. Now, people are getting out there and setting up these classifieds search engines that pull in listings from all over the place. This goes hand-in-hand with all those other niche search engines out there, although there is a pretty good model to this type. If given the chance, I would jump on this bandwagon.
Anyway, back to GoSasa. I was recently contacted by this company for permission to access my listing feeds. I agreed, and they informed me that they would be going live soon. Since I know the traffic these types of sites can generate, I am curious to see their marketing prowess in action. Good luck guys!

I played around with the GoSasa thing (is that one word or two?) and it does seem pretty spiffy. I sent the link to my brother in LA and he said there was all kinds of stuff there (he’s looking for a job in electrical engineering). He said they have a statistical analysis thing and it showed that LA was a good place for jobs in his career, so he’s happy about that. It’s a cool idea and I like the cute dog too.
It really is weird how technology keeps improving with new ideas coming out! Pretty soon they’ll have search engines to find what nearby stores have a specific type of food and how much it costs. And then there’ll probably be search engines to index search engines and it’ll get to the point where you can find anything you can possibly need with a spoken command. The future is going to be crazy!

Thank you so much for recommending GoSasa.com. I just moved to San Diego a couple of weeks ago and was having the hardest time finding a job. I felt like I was spending half my day searching for jobs online instead of actually applying to them.
GoSasa saved me so much time by displaying so many jobs from so many websites in one place. It’s great! Thanks again and let’s hope now that I finally have some applications out, I’ll get some interviews.

This site is awesome!
Being a broke college student at Portland State, I really needed a good deal on some furniture after my roommate moved out.
I found all the furniture I needed on GoSasa.com. It was perfect, I could enter how much money I wanted to spend and would get only results within that price range from so many different sites.
I will be returning to this site very soon, especially to look for a new apartment for next school year.
Thanks again,
Kirsten
